On time as promised. Solved the blockage problem about 30 feet from the sink. Took a few times but Dave was persistent and very knowledgeable about the situation. Will definitely call Rescue Rooted, and request Dave next time. Have already referred him to our 3 neighbors in our housing complex. more

The worker that helped us was very professional, he took a look and started doing his work. He only used 5 minutes or something and it was cheap! Another company that we called earlier charged us 800 dollars but this time it only charged us 110 dollars! more

I used a promotion that made the cost of a mechanical sewer cleaning $88 + tax (normally around $400). When the technician arrived, he immediately began upselling the hydrojet cleaning at almost $1300 (about 14 times the cost of the mechanical with our coupon). I was fine with him giving us the option once, but he continued to pressure us after I declined. After performing the service, he wrote a misleading note on the report that might lead people to believe that our sewer was still obstructed with root intrusions, which isn’t the case. They also neglected to send us the sewer video - something that was supposed to be included with the service. It was a very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this business. more

I moved into my house three months ago. I knew my pipes were not great, but I hoped it would take longer than three months to have to face the problem. My kitchen sink clogged and after one attempt at running the snake down it, the clog didn't go away. I could tell Dave Hope, my Rescue Rooter professional, was trying to find a nice way to tell me something more serious would have to be done. It's never an easy conversation to have, but he was respectful, professional, and I could tell he really cared about helping me find the best solution. Dave took it upon himself and ran the snake again, even farther down the second time, and it worked! I think many plumbers would have called it quits after the first attempt, but Dave told me "it's the right thing to do. I'm going to try one more time." I know it's a very short term fix, and I have more serious plumbing needs ahead, but I really appreciate Dave doing everything he could to help me out today. He went well over and above. Happy customer here on Beacon Hill, especially with the online specials the company offers. more

John V. did a great job, we had a broken pipe above the kitchen which flooded the ceiling. John showed all steps of the way and explained the whole process. It was repaired fast and he knew what he was doing. No extra bs just straight to the fix. more

We had a backed up kitchen sink that would not drain. After calling Southwest plumbing, it was still backed up as their small snake wouldn't clear the drain. Their recommendation....tear out walls and pipe until we find the clog. Not accepting that, I called Rescue Rooter and verified they had a longer snake. Ryan showed up the same day and not only cleared the drain but mentioned they had a camera to check the pipe BEFORE starting to tear out walls. He was here about an hour and charged a very reasonable price to get us up and running. Even gave us a 90 day warranty on the pipe. Highly recommend these guys. They will be the first call next time. more

We had an emergency water leak under kitchen sink during July 4th weekend! We called Rescue Rooter Seattle and got such a wonderful response. Within a hour or so, John V was on the way to our house. Let me start off by saying....If you need plumbing work done....LOOK NO FURTHER....RESCUE ROOTER IS ALL YOU NEED....And CORY BROWN is the MAN to fix your CLOGS....We had a plugged sink that seemed virtually UNCLOGGABLE....We had spent hours trying to get this unclogged and it just wasnt gonna happen....SO WE NEEDED HELP....After a short phone call....CORY BROWN from Rescue Rooter arrived and got the job done....The sink was working again in no time....CORY was a very friendly, informative and straight to the problem kind of guy....I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RESCUE ROOTER AND IF POSSIBLE ASK FOR CORY BROWN....THEY WILL HAVE THE WATER FLOWING SMOOTH AGAIN IN NO TIME. more

Albert Henry was very professional and got right to work. gave me options on how to fix the problem and then let me choose free from pressure. He looked very professional, was clean and well dressed for his work. He was pleasant with the tenants and didn't take alot of extra time to get the job done. I called Rescue Rooter late Sunday afternoon with our plugged toilet. Max came to our house within 2 hours together with Benjamin. It was determined that in order to figure out what the problem was the access to our sewer line needed to be dug out. Ben started immediately and worked until 11:30p.Turned out we had a lot more serious problems with our 42 yr old sewer line then a plugged toilet. It took about 2 days ( and $10,000 later) to complete the fixes outside the house plus cleaning everything out from inside the house as well. Without going into a lot of detail,we also ended up needing a new toilet as well. Ben really was my hero He went above and beyond what I would consider normal service. Advising and helping me buy the new toilet also installing it twice because the new toilet bowl had a crack in it that could only be determined when the water was run into it. (at 72 yrs. old, I now know more about toilets then I ever cared too).When everything was completed, Ben went thru the entire house and checked all the water connections, cleaned facets, even the connections to the washing machine. We now have water pressure like we have never had after being told by another company the bad pressure was due to old water pipes. Everybody connected in our process was very professional, Everything was cleaned up and left perfect both inside and out when the job was done. Our son had flushed a diaper down the toilet and clogged it up. My husband who is handy tried several different methods to unclog it, but eventually gave up and we called Rescue Rooter. The plumber they sent tried a snake then was able to quickly remove the toilet and use a larger snake to clear the line, re-installed the toilet and cleaned up. All and all he was done under 40 minutes and charged us less than Roto Rooter and Gene Johnson Quoted, less than $100. I would recommend Rescue Rooter to other Judy's Book members. more

Dispatch staff (Naomi) was very courteous and kept me updated as to when a technician would arrive. The price quoted over the phone is what I paid. I had checked with Fox Plumbing before calling Rescue Rooter and because it was 5pm on a Friday night, there would have been an additional $98 charge for emerg response. I was very pleased with the price and service from Rescue Rooter. The technician, Joel Rivers, listened to what I had to say, checked out the issue, and then went right to work. I would use them again. more
