I moved into my house three months ago. I knew my pipes were not great, but I hoped it would take longer than three months to have to face the problem. My kitchen sink clogged and after one attempt at running the snake down it, the clog didn't go away. I could tell Dave Hope, my Rescue Rooter professional, was trying to find a nice way to tell me something more serious would have to be done. It's never an easy conversation to have, but he was respectful, professional, and I could tell he really cared about helping me find the best solution. Dave took it upon himself and ran the snake again, even farther down the second time, and it worked! I think many plumbers would have called it quits after the first attempt, but Dave told me "it's the right thing to do. I'm going to try one more time." I know it's a very short term fix, and I have more serious plumbing needs ahead, but I really appreciate Dave doing everything he could to help me out today. He went well over and above. Happy customer here on Beacon Hill, especially with the online specials the company offers.
