Phenominal Plumbing Service 1/25/2016

I called Rescue Rooter for a plugged drain today. What a smart move! A highly qualified, friendly plumber was at my door in less than 4 hours. David Brelia is a gem! He was very, very careful of all our items, wore booties to cover his shoes, wiped his equipment off before entering, put down protection on the floor, and thoroughly cleaned the area he worked in before he left. He left everything cleaner than it was when he arrived! He was very professional as was the company, calling me to confirm arrival time, "on the way" time, etc. Also they sent me his picture before he arrived and he had his badge to identify himself. Should you ever need plumbing service of any kind, call this company! more

Tim Perdue is an excellent plumber. We had plug drain ,and he performed the obvious fix to router the drain ,removing numerous roots but to no avail. He made recommendations ,one of which was a sump pump which he felt and I agreed was the best, fast and less costly solution. He said he could complete the job that day knowing my wife and I who are in our 80's spent the night bailing out our stair well to keep any more water entering into our basement. He and an aid completed the job as promised working late into the evening in poor working conditions. The installation was non evasive and the clean up was excellent and the cost was reasonable based on the conditions. Now that being said, we knew that Tim worked late into the am the prior day but saw our plight and put our situation over his. Tim and his aid treated our home and us with respect. As previously stated Tim is an excellent plumber and is an asset to your company.-------Don and Corky Coury more

Great Service In Time Of Need 1/7/2016

My natural gas water heater created a small catastrophe the night before Christmas Eve. Not only was the hot water heater not working, it had started to flood my basement. I called several providers of service that claimed in their advertising that they were available 24/7. Rescue Rooter was the only one who made someone available to come out at 3 am. Some of the other providers offered to make themselves available in 4-5 days. Dave was prompt, friendly, and took the time to explain everything. He is a rare breed and worth his weight in gold. more

Kitchen drain cleaning/unclogging 1/3/2016

Tim P from Rescue Rooter came out and did an outstanding job getting our kitchen drain unclogged! He was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what was happening, and gave helpful information on preventative maintenance so that we don't have the same issue again. He inspected the system in the crawlspace and then was able to clear out a stubborn clog. But most impressive; no pressure or attempts to up sale! I should have called them sooner! more

great quick service 12/18/2015

We made several calls to other plumbing companies and were not able to get anybody to come to fix the leaking pipe the same day. Rescue rooters came in a couple of hours and we had our water back on. more
