I called Rescue Rooter late Sunday afternoon with our plugged toilet. Max came to our house within 2 hours together with Benjamin. It was determined that in order to figure out what the problem was the access to our sewer line needed to be dug out. Ben started immediately and worked until 11:30p.Turned out we had a lot more serious problems with our 42 yr old sewer line then a plugged toilet. It took about 2 days ( and $10,000 later) to complete the fixes outside the house plus cleaning everything out from inside the house as well. Without going into a lot of detail,we also ended up needing a new toilet as well. Ben really was my hero He went above and beyond what I would consider normal service. Advising and helping me buy the new toilet also installing it twice because the new toilet bowl had a crack in it that could only be determined when the water was run into it. (at 72 yrs. old, I now know more about toilets then I ever cared too).When everything was completed, Ben went thru the entire house and checked all the water connections, cleaned facets, even the connections to the washing machine. We now have water pressure like we have never had after being told by another company the bad pressure was due to old water pipes. Everybody connected in our process was very professional, Everything was cleaned up and left perfect both inside and out when the job was done. Thank you Rescue Rooter of Seattle and especially Ben.
