good and fast service 6/15/2016

i went for a synthetic oil change.When i pulled in, a CSR immediately attended me by welcoming me and asking what he could do for me. After addressing my purpose of visit the vehicle was taken into service and within 20 minutes it was out. i say keeping in mind it was walk in and a big dealership my car was serviced very fast and efficiently. The service reps have a cery friendly and professional attitude here. I do recommend others to go and get your cars serviced. I was not disappointed so you wont be! more

Decent Dealership 6/15/2016

I recently moved to Texas and have been looking for a Hyundai dealer that works and is connected to the Hyundai network in the U.S. My first try was terrible. Don't ever go to World Car Hyundai. However, Red McCombs is a good dealership. I did not like the way they have you sit in your car and wait till someone comes to you. That could be awhile. With this summer heat, I am not sitting in my car! I got out of my car to get a hold of one of the service employees. They said be right out. Then continued to talk on the phone. So I stood there. Was not going back to my hot car. Finally was helped but had to wait longer. I made them come get me when they were ready to help me, so I went in and sat in their waiting area. After this, the service is GREAT! Did not wait too long for my oil change and they washed the car. I was also added in to the email system for my service reciepts and other emails. So great service once you get past the line of cars and they actually get to you! But be ready to sit in your car and wait for someone to finally say hello to you. I recommend parking in the line, then sitting inside. They will come find you. more

Cars not the only things that need to be worked on here 1/29/2016

The last few times I have had to go to the service department, like usual, I am met by a service advisor. The attitudes have been horrible! I have felt like I am inconvenience get them! A few times, although I am not a mechanic, I have talked to the advisor and have expressed my opinion on what the trouble seems to be related to, and they talk down to me like I am stupid! Once the technicians take over the car, the work is done great and they are very nice, but the first people you meet have been the puts lately. Furthermore, this past weekend, I had to have my battery replaced in my car and the usual scenario happened, rudeness, and then they called to tell me a price for the battery that was prorated under my warranty. So, after paying the service department 100 bucks, I drove around and saw a pretty car and decided to go inside the showroom to find out what it would take to trade in my car, which was only 3 years old, and was purchased from Superior Hyundai. The salesman was happy to help me and I ended up buying a new 2016 model. When I asked them that since my car was going to be put in the used car lot, could I possibly get a refund on my battery that I had paid for only a few short hours earlier, well I was met with a response of, "no way!", which again made me feel so stupid, but it seemed reasonable to me. Anyway, after buying the new vehicle, some days passed by and I did have some questions for the finance department, so I called and was told that my guy would call me back, well never heard from him and so I had to go back to the dealership for some other issues and I decided I would ask to speak to him since I was there. Once I got to speak to him, he seemed suprised to see us and was wondering what we were doing there, I'm thinking, duh, you didn't call me back! So I'm asking him what I needed to find out and he is talking to me like I should have known the answer already. Guess I'm stupid once again! Don't get me wrong, thereally was something positive that came out of this. The day that I bought my new car, our salesmen were so awesome! Even when we had to go back for questions, they greeted us with a warm hello and a firm handshake as if they were truly happy to see us again. The experiencesecond that I have had in the service department has really sealed the deal for me and has made me decide to get my car serviced at another Hyundai dealership. Maybe they will appreciate their customers. And the other situations have left me still thinking about if I will refer anyone else to the dealership. more

I have been coming here since I bought my vehicle and they are always very efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and up front about costs. They do a great job of getting routine maintenance done quickly, like this last time for an oil and filter change toward the end of the work day and they had it done in 30 minutes :) more

I have always received excellent customer service at this service center from the service advisors, the employess in the cashier cage and the guys that wash and drive my car up after my car is ready. I have had excellent service from Mr. Jason Beckman which I was sad to hear he no longer works with this service center, but I also have continued to received excellent customer service from the other Service Advisors which I greatly appreciate. more
