Excellent Attitudes 1/2/2014

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. No matter if I have been there for a maintenance or service appointment or even just to ask questions about my car or warranty features, I always get a friendly follow up call just to make sure that I have been treated well and that the service I received was top notch. It shows that they really care! more

The Black Courteous Driver he is very professional and polite, as well as the Cashier, she explains everything to you every time you come and she has learned my name and knows me by sight, and she has a nice smile, she is the cashier that is there after five p.m. more

I love working with the service department at Red McCombs, but most especially Carlos Garcia. My Geneiss is my baby and I appreciate that Carlos treats her well, takes good care of her, and explains everything to me in detail.He often answers the questions I forget to ask. Carlos understands how much I love my genesis because he loves his too. more

I have had my car repaired from a break in. They didn't tell me they were not going to use OEM parts. they left overspray on the car and the tape job was not that great. Also the repair, service and sales are all 3 separate entities. That explains a lot. more
