I recently moved to Texas and have been looking for a Hyundai dealer that works and is connected to the Hyundai network in the U.S. My first try was terrible. Don't ever go to World Car Hyundai. However, Red McCombs is a good dealership. I did not like the way they have you sit in your car and wait till someone comes to you. That could be awhile. With this summer heat, I am not sitting in my car! I got out of my car to get a hold of one of the service employees. They said be right out. Then continued to talk on the phone. So I stood there. Was not going back to my hot car. Finally was helped but had to wait longer. I made them come get me when they were ready to help me, so I went in and sat in their waiting area. After this, the service is GREAT! Did not wait too long for my oil change and they washed the car. I was also added in to the email system for my service reciepts and other emails. So great service once you get past the line of cars and they actually get to you! But be ready to sit in your car and wait for someone to finally say hello to you. I recommend parking in the line, then sitting inside. They will come find you.
