Drove three hours for confirmed appointment during business hours and rude unprofessional owner answered the door and locked out stated they were closed and he changed the appointment time even though confirmed by email and phone. dont go there. it is ghetto with uppity owner who is only interested in selling to uneducated people and no interest in music or helping customers make an educated buy. glad we bought our shigeru kawai at a reputable place-- not here. avoid!
