Pro Clean Carpet & Upholstery

My name is Tara and I am the office manager for Pro-Clean. In response to ABS2011's story that we destroyed his carpet is totally FALSE!! First, we are members of the BBB and have an A+ rating. He claimed that we caused a slight discoloration of his carpet and we sent a certified carpet inspector out to his home. The inspector found that the problem was a pre existing condition caused by pet urination from the previous owners. He called the BBB and insisted that we give him money to replace the carpet. The BBB accepted the inspector's report and closed the case. This was just another case of someone trying to use the BBB to collect money! more

Everything was GREAT from the start! I had my carpets, sofa, and some chairs cleaned by Pro-Clean on Tuesday. It was very pleasant right from the start. The receptionist was very kind and helpful for all my questions. They called they evening before my appointment to confirm with me. The following day I received a call around 8:00 am with my two hour window time. I was busy with other things so I wasn't able to answer. I called back the office to confirm my window time and the receptionist was very pleasant. They two cleaning men were well within their window time. They were very professional and a delight to talk to. They did a great job and my carpets and furniture look brand new. I even got the deodorizer and now my house smells so refreshing. It's a shame reading some of these reviews below.. I guess people just like playing the victim trying to get as much free stuff as possible. I think the job Pro-Clean does exceeds the standard carpet cleaning service. I will be recommending Pro-Clean to my family, friends, and co-workers. Thanks again Pro-Clean, you made me so happy. I'll be seeing you again for the holidays! more

User Rating: 1 out of 5 stars \r I would like every person who is interested in using Pro-Clean to look at the BBB site since they like to advertise their logo. The Better Business Bureau has revoked their accreditation back on Sept. 28, 2010. Please call them and ask them why they lost their accreditation; their phone number is (614) 794-5448. They may tell you they are still accredited and possibly working with the BBB but check it out yourself, they are not. Pro-clean like to advertise the BBB Logo, but not live up to their standards.\r Pro-Clean destroyed my carpet, the BBB steped in and Pro-Clean refused the arbitration so they were kicked out of the BBB. more

This company was suppose to clean my ducts. They came out and cleaned one main line duct and several vents but did not clean any return air ducts or the other 3 main lines in the basement. I never did get any money back from them and I was the one that had to clean the ducts because they didnt do it. Go with another company. DCC more
