I would like every person who is interested in using Pro-Clean to look at the BBB site since they like to advertise their logo. The Better Business Bureau has revoked their accreditation back on Sept. 28, 2010. Please call them and ask them why they lost their accreditation; their phone number is (614) 794-5448. They may tell you they are still accredited and possibly working with the BBB but check it out yourself, they are not. Pro-clean like to advertise the BBB Logo, but not live up to their standards.\r
Pro-Clean destroyed my carpet, the BBB steped in and Pro-Clean refused the arbitration so they were kicked out of the BBB.
