I went to go get my eyebrows threaded. The people were nice. But they did a terrible job. They only know how to shape rounded eyebrows which mine are not. She tried to round mine and now they just look awkward and shaped differently on each side. The lady rolled her eyes when I was trying to tell her how I wanted them shaped. I will NOT be going back. The lady that did my eyebrows was AWFUL! more

They thing way to highly of themselves for the price and service that you get. Environment is nice, prices are way to high. When I told the person on the phone that I would call back, she got snooty and hung up. Really!!??? This is the way you conduct yourself in a customer service based business - shame on you. more

I have been here quite a few times always for the convenience (location) and reasonable prices; however, I found myself saying quite a few times that I would not go back and after my last visit, I am finally sticking to it. more

I went here a few weeks ago for the first time and I an torn between whether I should come back or not. I'm guessing the young man running the front desk at the time of my arrival was new and unsure of what he was doing, since he looked confused and unsure of what to say. I felt uneasy. Then the phone rings, he answers but kept chatting and left me there to wait until he was done. Once he was done he tells me to ""Hold on"" and goes to the back into a room and I guess he was asking a question to someone back there. Still not knowing where I am suppose to go, I was greeted by another worker who seemed more familiar with the place and how it's operated. She starts a pedicure bowl for me, which I thought the young man would do since he wasn't really doing anything. I sit down and she starts my pedi. She was terrific! The massage was actually a massage and not just rubbing lotion on my feet and the polish looked great! Which is always plus. Therefore, I don't know if it's worth coming back. If I do come back, let's hope the young man at the front will know what he is doing next time so I can get started more smoothly then having someone else jump in and do it. more

I went to Polished as a referral from my stylist. Expecting good things, I was open to the experience. Although she stated that she would not return due to the unfriendly attitudes she experienced, I wanted to form an opinion of my own. The pedicure I received did not last at least ONE week before looking old. I regularly get pedicures every two weeks, and I know a good pedicure when I receive one. The young lady who did my pedicure said ""hello"", and that was about it. Friendliness is not one of their strong points. I was shocked to feel the same coldness with my threading experience. Fortunately, the young lady who did my manicure was much better and I enjoyed her services. She was friendly and professional. She also gave me some great advice with caring for your nails when wearing the gel polish. She was great. It appears that Polished promotes itself as an upscale establishment. If that is the case, professionalism and personalized service need to be the norm and not the exception. I would much rather spend more money at a real spa than to waste my money at a place that just ""plays"" spa. Although there were a few more things that influenced this review, I won't go into them. I'll just say that Polished really should invest in some intense customer service workshops with their staff. Fancy decor and unique treatment names will never be a substitute for good service. more

Went here as a birthday treat for my best friend. Since I get my nails done (north of the city) once a week or so, I don't mind paying for exceptional service. The spa did not live up to the hype. more

Polished is a bunch of hype! I was not impressed at all. The color scheme inside the place is nice, but the baseboards were dirty and so was the floor. The service was lackluster as well. It is overpriced, especially when there are tons of nails spas in the Atlanta area. If you want an upscale atmosphere, it may be best to just find an actual spa. I visited many nail shops, spas, spa schools, etc. Polished simply was not impressive at all and it certainly did not live up to expectations of a ""posh and chic"" nail spa. more

They are the best nail salon in Atlanta. My friends,employees,neighbors all drive 30minutes so Polished. That means we pass over 100 nail salons because they are that GOOD.The Manager and her staff always makes sure everyone is happy with their service.Also the lates nail polish collection at all times.We love the staff and the salon.All you haters please take your anger somewhere else. more

Love this place. Very chic, clean and sanitary. Don't expect any massage chairs here. Polish lasts with no chips. Staff is friendly and personal. I do agree with some of the other negative reviews about the front desk - they can seem a little snooty from time to time and you should make an appointment in advance. more

WOW! WOW! This place is a princess Paradise!!!!! Clean,sanitary and entertaining. Besides getting excellent manicure and pedicure,i was really impressed with the staff...very accommodating and pleasant to chat with. The owner does a great job of stocking up on cute accessories like jewelry,purses,and clothes. The prices were incredibly affordable, just little more but totally worth it. It is a week later and my polish has NO CHIP. I am totally sold on POLISHED for life. more

I got the sugar manicure?your hands are exfoliated with a chocolate grand marnier sugar souffle scrub, inserted in heated mitts to smooth way dryness, and then treated to a Bavarian cream whipped body frosting moisturizer with a mesage. Every single ingredient smelled divine and my hands were soft and smooth afterward. more

Hands down the best nail salon ever! Prepare to fall in love with the service and place. Also great price! The salon is so stylish and they have martini Thursdays. more

After learning of this Spa from my hair stylist, I decided to give it a try. I am very impressed. On my first visit, I dropped in without an appointment. This is a no no, as the Technicians at Polished have a large Client base. Therefore, it would behoove you to schedule an appointment.I scheduled my appointment and returned for services. The owner and nail technician listened closely to my request and provided the services exactly as requested. And WOW can they polish. I have never had my nails polished quite this well. My appointment was at 5:30 and I was out of there before 6:30. I had the powder gel nails as a service. The cost is competitve and the quality is great. I would recommend Polished to anyone. more

I've been to Polished several times and had 2 small birthday/girls day parties there. All of my visits have been great. The space is beautiful, clean and bright. My manicure lasts twice as long here than any other I've ever had--I don't know what they do or why, but it just lasts longer. I highly recommend making an appointment because they tend to get very busy--especially during peak hours--after work or weekends. more

Here's a quickie! I went here becasue I heard there is a eye brow threader here and since I take this exit to go home I decided to stop in and boy am I happy that I did.This shop is really cute. Looks like one of those boutique nail spas:-O I had my eye brows threaded and she did an awesome job. They have a client for life! more

Overall, it's clean and nice looking, but they're slow and their customer service leaves MUCH to be desired!!! I'd heard good things about polished and wanted to go there. My sister got me a gift certificate for my birthday and I was excited. So, I go in and the girl at the desk didn't even acknowledge that I was there. Then when she finally did, she was less than friendly. I made my appointement anyway. Go back for my mani-pedi and again, the girl at the desk was rude. I asked how long the wait would be, she snapped, ""We're obviously very busy. I don't know."" Annoyed, I sat down and waited....for an hour and 12 minutes! Finally, got what I came for and left. The nail tech, Cherry, was very nice but work was far from stellar. Apparently, she was fresh out of nail school. About 3-4 hours after I left, I noticed my polish was chipping. Of course the salon was closed. I then go back two days later when they're finally open. I was happy because there were only 3 customers there so this shouldn't take very long. I walk in and stand at the desk for nearly 5 minutes before anyone even asked why I was there. Finally, someone says, ""We'll be with you soon. Please have a seat."" The receptionist comes over and rolls her eyes. She asked what was wrong, as if I immediately annoyed her. I explain that I was there two days ago and my polish is terribly chipped and it started the evening I was there. She says she remembers but because they are terribly busy, they, ""..can't deal with it right now."" I look around again. Still only three people in there. So I ask when it can be done. She said, ""Just come back in a couple hours, I guess. But right now won't work. We're just too busy."" She walked off. I walked out., never to return again. more

I really enjoyed my experience. It was easy to make an appointment and the place was nicely decorated and clean. The prices are also quite reasonable. I had a basic pedicure (after a nice foot soak in pink water) and manicure. I also had my eyebrows threaded. The service could have been slightly ""warmer"" - but I like the fact that they didn't go overboard trying to chat me up. I will definitely go back. more

I just had a spa party last evening at Polished and I have to say that I had the best time ever! It was for my 30th birthday and the nail techs did a great job and were so nice and funny! The owner was incredibly accommodating and gracious as we had them working until 10pm and no one even seem to mind at all...Ladies if you and your girls want to get together and do something fun and relaxing, definitely go to Polished!!! more

I love this place! I have been going to Polished for the past year and you can't really top the quality of service . My mani cure usually last over a week without any chips. The place gets busy so it's best to call ahead. They clean everything after each use and don't hurt you when they file and clip your nails( i can't say this for other places). Everyone who works there is good and they only speak in english to each other. more
