I went here a few weeks ago for the first time and I an torn between whether I should come back or not.
I'm guessing the young man running the front desk at the time of my arrival was new and unsure of what he was doing, since he looked confused and unsure of what to say. I felt uneasy. Then the phone rings, he answers but kept chatting and left me there to wait until he was done. Once he was done he tells me to ""Hold on"" and goes to the back into a room and I guess he was asking a question to someone back there. Still not knowing where I am suppose to go, I was greeted by another worker who seemed more familiar with the place and how it's operated.
She starts a pedicure bowl for me, which I thought the young man would do since he wasn't really doing anything. I sit down and she starts my pedi. She was terrific! The massage was actually a massage and not just rubbing lotion on my feet and the polish looked great! Which is always plus.
Therefore, I don't know if it's worth coming back. If I do come back, let's hope the young man at the front will know what he is doing next time so I can get started more smoothly then having someone else jump in and do it.
