Last August, Polestar replaced my full HVAC system during the height of the summer heat. Their service was prompt and friendly. They did a good job, but did not "wow" me. Their attention to some of the finer details was lacking, but the job got done and in the end, I had a cool house once again.\r

Fast forward to today...\r
I just had these guys out to perform a spring inspection of my system. During his testing, the tech, Jimmy, found that the AC did not work (heat had been fine all winter) and also noticed some issues with their original install. He explained everything that he saw wrong, quickly made arrangements to send a service man out the next morning to address those issues, and then even showed back up to personally inspect the results. It is important to note that Jimmy said "These are issues and I want to fix them for you. I want you to be 100% satisfied". I did not have to beg, ask, or negotiate.
