The loss of my mother-in-law was heartbreaking for our whole family, especially my 6 year old son. While looking for an urn, I came across the Teddy Bear urns for her 4 grandsons. They are so soft and cuddly, and something tangible for the kids to hug whenever they are missing their grandma. All 4 grandsons love their ""grandma bear""! We put ashes in the hearts, but will wait until the boys are a little older to put the hearts inside the bear. I also ordered an angel statue for her ashes that is just beautiful and exactly what my husband was looking for to put his mother's ashes. So why 4 stars instead of 5? The angel didn't come with a bag for the ashes and it would be a mess to put them inside without a bag. And, 2 of the personalized hearts on the bears were not stamped completely; some of the letters had parts missing. Not horrible, but enough for me to notice. Customer service was excellent. When I put the wrong delivery address, I called and got a customer service agent on the phone without any hold time and they fixed my error with such courtesy. With all of the expenses that come with a memorial service, it was so nice to have free delivery. more

Super great service and excellent product 8/15/2011

I was devastated by the loss of my 13 year old sibling dogs only 2 days apart right after Christmas. We had them cremated so I they would always be with us in case we moved. They came in a dog tin and it broke my heart to have my babies in there. I searched online for months and came across perfect memorials with exactly what I was looking for. I finally ordered a gorgeous stone carved urn with a heart. I made an error on my dates and customer service called me to ask if I wanted it corrected. I cannot believe I made the error but was thrilled that the company caught it and called me to fix it. I love it and am proud to have Madison and Winston on my mantle in their new ?home?. The urn is gorgeous and really well done. more

HAPPY WITH QUALITY AND SERVICE 8/10/2011

After losing our 6 1/2 month old granddaughter to hydrocephalus, I ordered 6 engraved ladybug necklaces. They arrived 2-3 days later and are beautiful. The chains are a nice quality and I think will hold up well enough for Alivia's 4 and 5 year old sisters to safely wear. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Thank you for a beautiful way to remember and keep my granddaughter close. more

I couldn't be happier with my decision! 8/2/2011

When trying to decide what would be the final resting place for my cat, Smokey, it wasn't an easy decision. He was, after all, my best friend for over 16 years. It had to be something special, something that would show not only his life, but the love that I had for him. The urn I purchased from Perfect Memorials did just that. I was able to find something simple, yet beautiful. Something I can proudly display on my nightstand. I was able to purchase a plaque with his name and nickname, and also a poem plaque expressing my love for him. I am also able to display several pictures of him. He will never be forgotten, always a part of my life, and I am very thankful. It made the final piece of his life as wonderful as the life he lived. Thank you! more

Heavensent Marble Urn with Photo Frame 6/27/2011

The urn I selected was the only one I found online or by makeing phone calls that was appropriate for my special fur baby. The customer service representative was most accomodating to change the shape of the name plate from the normal heart to the rectangular one I wanted. The urn arrived exactly on the day it was supposed to, and was well-packaged and not damaged en route. I have no hesitation in recommending either the urn or the company. A perfect memorial 5/26/2011

I recently lost my husband and he wanted to be cremated. I needed an urn and every container at the funeral home or online I saw were very expensive. I happened to find Perfect Memorials and found the perfect urn with a motorcycle that I know he would have liked. It was something I could afford too. I ordered on Tues and the folks told me 8-10 days but the package arrived on Friday of the same week. Amazing. It looks beautiful. Thank you for your fast service and great workmanship. more

Beautiful products 4/19/2011

When my wife of 36 years passed away, there were friends that wanted some of her cremains. I searched for just the right thing and found the Keepsake engraveable urns at Perfect Memorials for a great price. They were beautiful and looked better than I thought when they arrived quickly. I was going to scatter her ashes in the ocean but decided to order another small urn, brass with mother-of-pearl, to keep some too. It is gorgeous. My wife would so approve. more

Biodegradable Urn 4/11/2011

I purchased a biodegradable urn for a burial at sea. The urn was truly beautiful. I also purchased a smaller keepsake urn with dolphins on it because my boyfriend loved dolphins. This is the most wonderful site to purchase items for memorials of a lost one. I can tell you the service is excellent...customer service is kind, understanding and softspoken. I must say the pictures of the items do them very little justice. I was in total awe at how beautiful and detailed the items I purchased were! I purchased several items for different family members.
