Urn for my Mom 3/4/2011

This site was easy to use during a very difficult time for me. The urns that I ordered for my mothers' ashes were beautiful. I received an email asking me to check the engraving before it was finalized, which I really appreciated. The finished products were perfect. Thank you for being so helpful and making your website so easy to use for people who are dealing with such difficult life issues. more

Pet Memorial Urn 3/2/2011

When I was looking for an urn for my English Setter, I knew what I was looking for. Perfect Memorials had it. Excellent craftmanship, wood photo urn that is reasonably priced. All others I found were well over $100. This urn is put together very nicely, the photo fit perfectly and it arrived well packaged. It was shipped promptly--I received it in less than a week. I would keep this company in mind if you ever need an urn. more

Excellent Service 2/3/2011

I ordered a companion urn that would have cost me 3-4 times the price at a funeral home. The piece was delivered quickly and absolutely beautiful. The only thing I wish they could have done was to sell name plates that they could engraved. more

We were told by our funeral director that they would have sold us a similar urn for 3 times the price and they complimented the style and quality of the wooden urn. expedited delivery arrived in 2 days as promised,,,,I am comfortable with Perfect Memorials and would use them again... more

The jewelry I bought from Perfect Memorials is simply gorgeous, magnificent quality and a peice I will wear everyday till the end of my life, and probably after. This beautiful heart holds the ashes of our newborn daughter. Dealing with perfect memorials was easy, and effortless, the jewelry arrived so very quickly and is simply stunning. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I messed up on my order and they helped me get it fixed ASAP. I am very impressed with the products. I just received the cremation urn that I ordered for my dog. It is beautiful and far exceeds my expectations. I have 2 other 17 year old dogs and unfortunatly I will need to do this again when their times come. I will be ordering from Perfect Memorials for them as well. I'd also like to say how helpful and compasionate Miranda was. I know that he was ""just a dog"", but we love him and miss him more that I can say. more

Outstanding service, Terrific product 12/1/2010

I first spoke with a company service rep who was very helpful. Once I ordered, I received a confirmation email THE NEXT DAY that the customized memorial was on its way! The product arrived the following day and I could not have been more pleased. It was of a higher quality than anticipated and just ""perfect"" for the memorial tree-planting service we were having in honor of my mother. I highly recommend this company and will definitely order from them again! more

Great experience 11/30/2010

I had a friend who just lost her father-we didn't want to get her flowers or a plant. So I found this website and ordered one of the whispering angel wind chimes. It was personalized and still shipped that day. Amazing service and although I haven't seen it up close. She loved it and I am sure it will remind her of her father. more

Pet Memorial Urn 11/3/2010

I purchased a small pet urn for my sweet boy's ashes. I requested a preview of the engraving and when I received it, I realized I didn't like the font I picked. I replied and asked for another preview in a different font and the folks at Perfect Memorials couldn't have been nicer or more accomodating. I received the urn several days later and it is beautiful......a perfect tribute to my beloved companion. more
