Always good service 11/21/2017

This was the third time I have used Patterson Plumbing and Heating since we moved into our house 4 months ago. They always have good service. They email and text me and always show-up on time and the work is top notch. I would not hesitate to recommend them. more

Not helpful at all. Just wanted money! 11/8/2017

Had a boiler problem for the heat in my house. Technician came out and told me in one minute of looking at my boiler to replace the entire system. He told me $16,000 to replace it. I have a little common sense and asked some questions about my system and why he thought it needed completely replaced. He back pedaled around questions then told me $9000 to fix my boiler. I asked him what parts he would replace and he listed out a couple parts. I then said I'd have to think about it so he charged me $100 for just coming out. I got a second opinion and the guy replaced the couple parts that Patterson said would replace but for a total bill of $700. Boiler has been working great ever since. Patterson plumbing and heating is a rip off. Get another opinion!! more

Patterson Plumbing & Heating is a top notch company and I can always count on them to get the job done. I had them come out to take care of my heater like they always do. The technician was a nice fella and acted very professionally. I am happy with the work he did and have no complaints. Happy Customer! 10/30/2017

I have been using Patterson Plumbing & Heating for many years now and I am always happy with the work they do. The office team is really nice and they make it easy to schedule an appointment. Most recently, the plumber came out to inspect something for me but in the past, they installed all the plumbing for an addition on the house. The plumbers are always knowledgeable and friendly. Not Good 9/25/2017

I didn't have a good experience with Patterson Plumbing & Heating. I called them to repair a heating system and they didn't take care of the business. They left tools around and they had to come back three times to do the work. Their pricing was high. About a month after they finished the job, the boiler system started having issues again. I was unhappy with them by then so instead of calling them again, I called a different company. more

Very timely arrival, quickly checked and solved problem. 2/1/2012

The scheduler called early to see if the tech could come immediately and since I was available any wait time was nearly zero. The tech quickly checked everything and found the issue; then just fixed my immediate problem. The tech then recommened a solution that would permanently solve the problem which I accepted. I found the overall experience to be quite refreshing. I am very happy with Patterson's service. more

Although the price I pay for this company to do my work is somewhat higher than could be obtained my reasoning is: trustworthy, always clean, courteous and they stand by their word and products. Very reliable company. Thank you more

Our bath remodel through Patterson Plumbing was a great experience. Not only was the work finished in record time but the quality of work and service were excellent. There was nothing to clean up when it was finished. Our experience with ReBath from Sue with sales to Josh and Manuel doing the installation was a very pleasant experience. more
