Hot water not working in master bathroom 2/13/2018

Overall, quality of work was very good and very professional. Dave knew what the problem was and how to fix it. The cost was very pricey and much more than I was expecting though. Everybody was Awesome 2/9/2018

We’ve used Patterson Plumbing a few times over the past year. John is pleasant, and very thorough about explaining what needs to be done. He is dependable and will not leave any details out. John and Josh completed plumbing jobs and always left our house neat and clean. Joe delivered expert diagnostic advise to us in regard to our hot water heat boiler, and Caleb and Derek performed the work in a courteous, and professional manner. Very happy with the service 2/9/2018

Cody, Josh and John did an amazing and professional installation of my Kinetic Water softener. Their approach to the job was very professional and the finished product is like art work. A fair amount of copper pipe had to be plumbed before the water softener could be assembled and put into service. I now go down to the basement just to appreciate their work. Cody was very good at supporting Josh and John. Even though he was asked to make runs to get supplies etc. more than once he was patient and courteous. Josh is a capable assistant. His skills were obvious and his attention to learning from John was evident. John is a plumber anyone would want on a job. He is thoughtful, courteous and meticulous with the work he does. Good work but pricey 2/7/2018

Dave is a professional, and his installation a work of art. The customer service is excellent. We had hot water within 10 hours of loosing our old hot water heater. The price was steep at 2 grand for the work and new water heater. However, there were several code violations and poor installltion work by the builder's plumber that were corrected in the process. Boiler repairs and zone replacements for Donna Romero 1/31/2018

Donna said. She was very pleased with the work Caleb Armijo did on the boiler and zone replacements , he was very proffesional and the end results were very good. And it was nice that Caleb’s supervisor came to check on him to make sure the job was going well. She mentioned to me that she would like to have an itemized invoice of all the repairs and parts replaced to put in her files. Can you please send that. Thanks more

Made it right 1/24/2018

I called Patterson after smelling gas whenever the furnace came on. Caleb came and did find a small leak at the valve. I authorized the repair. That night I smelled gas in the house when the furnace came on. Another technician came out on Saturday and thought the valve was defective and they would replace on Monday. Later that evening I checked the propane tank and it was completely empty. After having the tank refilled the furnace worked perfectly. Caleb came back out Monday and adjusted the flame. Caleb spoke with the office and called to say they would refund the cost of the labor for the valve replacement as the gas smell was a result of the propane tank on empty. Without any fuss they were willing to make it right and offer the refund. I would definitely use and recommend Patterson in the future. Amazing Service, Response Time, and Value! 1/7/2018

My furnace stopped working Saturday morning and needed it fixed as quickly as possible. I called a "one hour" service and they said they could be at my home by evening. (hmmm). I then called Patterson. The dispatcher said that someone would be there within the hour. (sure?) Within a 5 minutes I received a text informing me that someone would be there in an hour. (sure?). Five minutes later I received another text with the service persons picture and name (Caleb). Caleb arrived 30 minutes later, diagnosed and fixed the issue and I had heat. Not only were they prompt and courteous but VERY affordable. I would recommend Patterson to everyone! Excellent Service 12/31/2017

We came home after Christmas to find water damage, and we needed a new shut off valve by our washer. Patterson was quick to respond and repair the issue so that we were able to have water back and not have to move into a hotel. Thanks to Brian who was kind and knowledgeable and explained things very clearly. Patterson Plumbing came out to fix toilet. 12/17/2017

Richard Shiner from Patterson Plumbing came out to fix a running toilet and take a look at a bathroom sink with low water pressure. Mr Shiner was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He evaluated the problems, gave us some options. When we made our decision he fixed the toilet quickly. We were very satisfied with him and his work. Very nice man. john volk went out of his way to help us. He was kind and courteous and extremely knowledgeable about our water problem. We really liked that he put on his blue footsies when entering our home. Great Work! 12/5/2017

I had an excellent experience with Patterson Plumbing & Heating. They replaced a disposal in the kitchen that they put in a year ago. I have been using them for years and I really trust the staff to do amazing work - I would only allow them to do the plumbing work in my home. I would absolutely recommend this company to other people because they have done such great work for me. In the past, I have used them to do huge projects, and I will continue to use them in the future for more work.
