Quote on garbage disposal 5/22/2018

I just want to give a special review for David Bradley! He was the most nicest plumber with a lot of knowledge! He has good customer service,very friendly, professional and was not pushy at all. He gave me a quote on my garbage disposal and was very kind...he talked highly about Patterson Plumbing and you can tell he just loved his job! Told him I didn't have the money right now to fix disposal and he was understanding unlike other companies you tell them you just want a quote and then they become rude! So if your looking for a good plumber call Patterson Plumbing and ask for David! more

Swamp Cooler 5/11/2018

Richard from PPH came out to service my swamp cooler and fix some leaks (with help from Caleb). Both were very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company and it’s employees! Richard went above and beyond and was very honest! more

John Volk arrived on schedule each time. He took time to explain everything so it was understood. I especially was pleased that he found the cause of my long standing problem and resolved the issue. Mr. Volk was pleasant and helpful while doing much work at my home. more

Needed service right away, PPH was there that afternoon. I mentioned the ad in the paper for the cost of a check up and was charged exactly that. No extra charges! Awesome! more

John V did a very good job and we appreciated the thought that he put into our projects. He treated our home with respect and although we ran into obstacles, he gave his all to see it though. We were told several times by several Patterson representatives that we would pay more for their services, but we felt it was worth it to have them behind us. Very happy so far with the results. more

Mr. Caleb Patterson Service Technician Plumbing & Heating, Knc. 4/3/2018

Mr. Caleb, from Patterson Plumbing & Heating, Inc. was very friendly & knowledgeable. I was impressed because I was given an approximate time of service arrival of 2:30 pm but Mr. Caleb arrived at 10:00 am which meant he was four hours early. He explained in great detail what was wrong with my furnace. He also gave a detailed analysis of the problem and the estimate was exactly the amount he figured in the beginning of the inspection of the furnace. Overall I give Mr. Caleb a five plus rating. Great Installation 3/28/2018

John did an install on a water softener for me. The job was well done, neat, and professional. I am very pleased with the result. Will definitely recommend. Night of shock 3/17/2018

My renter called on Friday night saying the toilet was backing up. We called Patterson plumbing and they came right out. The young man snakes the lines and said it was broken by the city hook-up. I paid for the help that night and would call. The price was so far out of my budget that I didn’t use them. I’m sure they are good but I couldn’t afford them. I had new furnace and air condition units installed by Patterson Plumbing 3/15/2018

I recently had to replace my furnace and central air conditioner units. It was cold outside and I had no heat. Patterson Plumbing technicians were at my home promptly and started working on the problem right away. They brought in 2 portable heaters to help keep me warm. They were courteous, hard working, knowledgeable, friendly and considerate. The 3 technicians I had were Tim, Damien and Cody and I appreciate them so much. They have the highest work ethics. Water Heater 2/21/2018

David was exceptional, on time and very diligent. I appreciate the texts and the phone calls letting me know my appointment time and who would be doing the work. I was given 3 options of what needed to be done and now have an idea of what I may be spending in the future when I need to upgrade. I would definitely recommend PPH for any plumbimg needs. more
