Had a boiler problem for the heat in my house. Technician came out and told me in one minute of looking at my boiler to replace the entire system. He told me $16,000 to replace it. I have a little common sense and asked some questions about my system and why he thought it needed completely replaced. He back pedaled around questions then told me $9000 to fix my boiler. I asked him what parts he would replace and he listed out a couple parts. I then said I'd have to think about it so he charged me $100 for just coming out. I got a second opinion and the guy replaced the couple parts that Patterson said would replace but for a total bill of $700. Boiler has been working great ever since. Patterson plumbing and heating is a rip off. Get another opinion!!
