Great customer service, trying to get to the root cause of major money damages owed after a major damage event is proving to be , insurance being a problem. At this rate what's the point of insurance? I should be exempt from getting insurance on car until the known party is held liable, which hasn't happened, so I'm working on that. Now , I paid another premium , which I don't get what insurance does, especially if I'm permanently damaged beyond capability and owed parties are not being held accountable. Ive always paid my insurance on time , I should be exempt from paying insurance for my flawless driving record , and other party is hiding ?????? Insurance , I'm owed over 9000?? more

In regards to the service that I have had in the past and hopefully will receive I would rate it 4 or 5. But as for the person completing my application that is why it is only 2. I found her to be quite rude and almost argumentative. Right at the beginning I have to repeat myself several times that I had already sent in the necessary information just to be met with attitude and being told that I had not and spoken to as if I didn't know what I was talking about. When she finally found the information on the correct page on her computer we proceeded forward just for me to be met with more attitude and a tone that was not appreciated. I said I doordash, however did not say that I use the two vehicles I was getting a policy for to do so. I know that it would not be covered. She proceeded to basically call me a liar, put me on hold to go speak with a supervisor (giving me the feeling that she was going to stop the application process altogether just on what she felt) being told repeatedly that I'm being recorded and that it is a crime to lie on an application. Who is she to assume what I do with my vehicle in regards to insurance? Her job is to complete my application and receive payment from me not judge or assume what she wants. If I get in trouble at some later date then that is on me. After finally getting over that obstacle which took longer time I believe than it needed, I tried to tell her that my registration was going to be revoked as of 11:59 p.m. on the 11th. She proceeded to argue with me that it was already the 11th and then it was already revoked. It was actually about six and a half hours before it was going to get revoked and I know that they are able to contact DMV and put a stop to it because I have in the past. Ask her about 5 minutes of trying to argue this point with her I gave up and figured the $14 reinstatement fee was a much better option to deal with then it was to deal with trying to convince her otherwise and honestly deal with any more of her attitude. more

I was transferred to Lorraine, & suddenly got disconnected. As courtesy xshe called back. She thoroughly went over all Liability Insurance details, was very patient and clear!, answered every question, received all paperwork just like she said. What really helped us is she confirmed what months the Deposit covered, and I can call anytime to upgrade my Liability insurance to include Medical & Uninsured Motorist when I can afford. Lorraine is a professional excellent customer service rep & an asset to the company, hope she gets a bonus! more
