Great customer service, trying to get to the root cause of major money damages owed after a major damage event is proving to be , insurance being a problem. At this rate what's the point of insurance? I should be exempt from getting insurance on car until the known party is held liable, which hasn't happened, so I'm working on that. Now , I paid another premium , which I don't get what insurance does, especially if I'm permanently damaged beyond capability and owed parties are not being held accountable. Ive always paid my insurance on time , I should be exempt from paying insurance for my flawless driving record , and other party is hiding ?????? Insurance , I'm owed over 9000??
