My agents name is Carmen and she was extremely helpful and polite. She was informative and she processed my application promptly. I was unhappy with my previous insurance provider (infinity auto), not only was I finding it hard to afford the premium but their service was terrible. I am so grateful to have found Pacific Preferred Insurance and hope to continue with them for a long time. more

I insurance agent Lorraine Was very helpful and worked with me and patient and getting my documentation and application done through this insurance company all within minutes I was satisfied and happy to know that I would be covered for a whole year and it cost me pennies on the dollar and I would recommend them to anybody who is struggling and needs help with insurance coverage for their vehicle more

The Most Affordable Vehicle Insurance 4/13/2021

This is the cheapest car insurance I found. The prices are even low than the General Insurance, which I used to have. This company saves me a lot of money. But you have to go through the California Low Cost Auto Insurance website first and fill out a long question page in order to get to PP Insurance. This website will charge you a small credit/debit fee. In addition, the car payments can only be paid by mails. more
