Convenient East Side location. Courteous, professional service all the way around. Clear handling of cost quotes and pre-approval. Have used them a few times for differnet things and I am a satisfied with the quality of the work done and the cost. more

I called AA Auto with a request to look at my Ford Escort, they scheduled me in promptly and had a diagnosis for what I needed in about 2 hours. They brought to my attention some safety equipment that required repair for the vehicle to be safe to drive, I actually already knew of the issue, but when they gave me the estimate, it was the best priced estimate I had seen of three other repair shops. They had the car repaired within the day and I have nothing but good to say about their customer service and their professional repair work. I would recommend AA Auto to anyone who has need of a good and honest auto mechanic shop. 5 STARS. more

AA Auto scheduled me less than 24 hours after I first called in, and had my alternator fixed that afternoon. Plus, they dealt with the warranty issue on the part for me. Great service. AA Auto keeps my 88 Mazda Hatchback going and going, 310K miles and counting. Thanks Chris and crew. more

Great service as always 1/16/2012

AA Auto Service Center was great. Often you have no advance warning when you need service and they responded quickly to get us back on the road. And best of all, their repair cost was about half what the dealer quoted. You can't beat that! I am a repeat customer with 2 cars for a reason. more

I am always impressed at the service provided by this shop. The winterization deal was to good to pass up, and necessary repairs were identified and completed so I know know I have a safe car for the winter. They explain what needs to be done and why and make sure all my questions are answered. On top of that, I have no worries about the quality of the work. I can even see the broken or worn parts that were replaced. Plus, I leave with a sparkly clean car. :) more
