Worst

For a night appointment I was not let into the room until 25 minutes past my appointment. Never again will I make a late appointment!!

Not Happy with Appointment 9/13/2011

I did not appreciate how Dr. Crowley made me feel guilty because I have not checked my on my 13 year old sons brushing on a daily basis. I can understand lecturing my son for his lack of care of his teeth. But he is 13 years old. Making a parent feel inadiquate is not good, when you don't know the whole situation. I am a good parent with 4 children working many jobs. Do you have a lot of children? I am tempted to leave your practice if this happens again!!!! more

Everyone in this place is great. It is obvious Dr. Howells and Dr. Crowley are honest, sincere, congenial and dedicated professionals because that is how the entire office is! Top rate - especially today when these characteristics are so hard to come by. more

Great Experience 9/1/2011

I broke a tooth and Northboro Dental was willing to see me the very same day. I couldn't make it until the following day. Dr. Crowley who I usually see was on vacation so they gave me an appt. with Dr. Howell. I was very pleased with everything about the appointment....I find both Dr.'s Crowley and Howell very professional and accomodating. A ++ more

  • Northborough Dental Associates is a family-focused dental practice located in Northborough, MA. Our three experienced doctors provide general dentistry for all ages. Some of our services include preventive care, restorative care, cosmetic treatments, and emergency services. A few of the more advanced treatments that we offer are comprehensive dental implant treatment and Invisalign. We are happy to work with a broad range of insurance providers, and we are in-network with several major plans. Evening and weekend appointments are available to accommodate our patients' busy schedules.
