Worst

For a night appointment I was not let into the room until 25 minutes past my appointment. Never again will I make a late appointment!!

I love Northboro Dental.. I found them through a coworker when I worked in Hudson and have stayed with them despite living in Somerville and working in Lexington. It's worth the drive twice a year. The staff is amazing and my teeth feel awesome afterwards. more

A quarter century of great care! 10/21/2011

I have been a patient of Dr Howells for over 25 yrs and it has been a wonderful assocation. I don't consider him just my dentist, I also count him as a friend. The level of care that I've received is far above any that I ever had. The entire staff is always willing to do more than what is necessary for a pleasent experience. My wife and I are glad that we found Northboro Dental and were sure you will be too. more

Wonderful dental practice 10/21/2011

I can't recommend Northborough Dental Associates enough. I have tried 2 other dentists since I moved to the area and while I didn't have any major complaints, I never got totally comfortable with them. I've seen Dr. Crowley. She and her staff have been absolutely wonderful to work with - courteous, thorough, friendly, and taking the time to explain everything in detail. more

Waiting time 10/20/2011

My appoint was delay for 10 minutes yesterday. Wish did not need to wait for that long.... delay 5 minuts was acceptable. But, this time is much better than last time which my appointment was late for 30 minutes :( not happy about that. If any reasons for me to leave this doctor's office, it will be the the waiting is time too long. Other than that, everying is fine :) Thanks. more

As usual, Stephanie was awesome! Due to her really encouraging me to floss and rubber tip, for the first time in many years, I had only one spot that bleed a little, everything else was perfect!! AND...I'm on an aspirin X day regimen! The office staff is ALWAYS great as well! Thank you!! more

Great Service as always 10/7/2011

I called upon returning from India with a broken tooth. There were no openings the next day, however an opening was created, the cap was fixed and I was on my way in less than 1 hour. The entire staff is great!!!! Kindest regards, Jim more
