Worst

For a night appointment I was not let into the room until 25 minutes past my appointment. Never again will I make a late appointment!!

Dentist not there often... 7/27/2011

Very nice dental office, except if you are only there for a cleaning the dentist is not there very often to look at your teeth. I think this is very strange. I am not sure if it is a common practice at other dental offices or not... more

had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Howells and Tanya yesterday in my first visit to their office and am looking forward to continuing on as a patient. They were both polite, informative and thorough, explaining things as we went along. Very impressive. more

My last visit was an urgent one, and while Dr. Crowley was away, Dr. Howell came to the rescue and saved the day! I feel very fortunate to have such a wonderful group of people taking care of me! Dr. Crowley, Dr. Howell, Cindy, Linda and everyone are always so personable, professional, warm and caring! I would highly recommend you over and over! more

Outreach Project Manager 7/8/2011

I lost a filling on Tuesday night and within 48 hours I had an appointment. My appointment was for 3:10PM and I was taken in on time. Received excelent care from Dr. Howells and his assistant. They made sure I was comfortable during the visit. I would recomend Northborough Dental Associates to anyone who would like to experience the friendly, caring, helpful office staff, Dr. Howells and his staff. more

My Jul 7th 2011 visit 7/8/2011

I broke a tooth on Jul 5th and scheduled an appointment for the afternoon of the 7th asking to call me should there be any cancellations. I got a call early that day that there was a 9 a.m. spot that just openned. The office staff is always very pleasant and Dr Howells and his assistant Tanya were very professional and had me out the door within an hour. Not only did a leave with a fixed tooth but xrays and photos were taken to request an estimate from the insurance company for a crown. I like how I am constantly informed about the next steps they will be taking throughout the procedure. It makes me feel comfortable that there will be no unexpected surprises. I highly recommend Northboro Dental. more

I had a terrific experience at Northboro Dental today, as always. The hygienist was so nice and considerate. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. She was not pushy at all, like the hygienist at my previous dentist in Northboro (which was why I left them!). I would recommend Northboro Dental to anyone looking for a professional, warm and highly knowledgeable dental office. more

  • Northborough Dental Associates is a family-focused dental practice located in Northborough, MA. Our three experienced doctors provide general dentistry for all ages. Some of our services include preventive care, restorative care, cosmetic treatments, and emergency services. A few of the more advanced treatments that we offer are comprehensive dental implant treatment and Invisalign. We are happy to work with a broad range of insurance providers, and we are in-network with several major plans. Evening and weekend appointments are available to accommodate our patients' busy schedules.
