Worst

For a night appointment I was not let into the room until 25 minutes past my appointment. Never again will I make a late appointment!!

Dental Cleaning Experience 11/10/2011

Northborough Dental Associates is an excellent dental environment with a pleasant staff. My hygenist Stephanie is superb! One thing that I am not a fan of with my experiences is the text messaging confirmations. One time they changed the time on my appointment and I was distracted however replied with a confirmation. Watch out for the time changes otherwise this is an outstanding practice and dental experience. more

Comprehensive Exam 11/10/2011

I went to Northborough Dental Associates after numerous recommendations from friends. The dentist and hygienist were very friendly and thorough in both the exam and explaining their whole process. I highly recommend this practice! more

Dental Cleaning 11/9/2011

I have been with Northborough Dental Associates for over 30 years. I have never had a bad experience (except for drilling - ;)). They are very cooperative if I have to reschedule an appointment. As I have a favorite hygienist that usually means booking way out. However, I have been on the first opening list and have usually gotten a call within two weeks. more

Immediate appointment 11/2/2011

I came into the office to schedule an appointment to get a loose crown recemented. Dr Howells was able to fit me without waiting. Very nice! more

I feel very confident that my oral health is in capable hands each and every time I visit. i trust Karen's expertise and gentle touch when she examines and cleans my teeth. She provides clear instructions for improving my oral hygiene. Dr Howells is such a fine man, skilled, conscientious, thorough and kind. All your clerical staff are pleasant and competent. Excellent dentist office 11/2/2011

My wife and I and our 2 daughters have been going to Northborough Dental for many, many years. Through the years we have seen many changes to the dental office. The one thing that hasn't changed is their quality of work and commitment to their patients. The staff is the friendliest and most professional staff that we have ever dealt with. The dentists are top shelf and the office is clean and cheery. We can't say enough about this office. I will tell you that we have moved from Northborough and now live in the White Mts. in NH. We travel 150 miles to see them twice a year for our cleanings. Now that says alot doesn't it? more

New client visit 10/26/2011

The employees at the front desk were very welcoming which created a comfortable environment. Once in my room i was greeted very professionally first by Julie and next by Philip. The evaluation went by efficiently and competently. It was very obvious from there knowlege and performance they are experts in there fields. I can't wait for my cleaning by Susan Aboody. A very positive experience. more

Some of our services include preventive care, restorative care, cosmetic treatments, and emergency services. A few of the more advanced treatments that we offer are comprehensive dental implant treatment and Invisalign. We are happy to work with a broad range of insurance providers, and we are in-network with several major plans. Evening and weekend appointments are available to accommodate our patients' busy schedules.
