Worst

For a night appointment I was not let into the room until 25 minutes past my appointment. Never again will I make a late appointment!!

Ms Henry was great. She was engaging and made me feel comfortable. She listened to my concerns and took the tims to explain things to me. The staff is always nice and easy to deal with. I recommend this office to everyone ! more

Friendly staff, excellent and considerate dentistry 1/16/2012

I left my old dentist several years ago because of inflexible scheduling for a dental emergency (she wouldn't make room to see me and her staff suggested that I wait for three weeks until there was an appointment available), and because of a lack of keeping up with new technology and treatments that made dentistry less painful and more patient-friendly. I am a big fan of Northborough Dental because the staff is friendly and works hard to help when you need help, because the hygienists are thoughtful and careful with sensitive teeth, and because both dentists are caring people who are sensitive to those who experience a lot of dental pain. They keep up with advances in dentistry, and offer the best options for their patients' dental health. more

was in and out in no time and they really accomodated my 3 year old that needed to be with me. They are all excellent there. That is why I travel 30 min to still go there after MANY years more

Dental Hygienist 1/5/2012

I have been seeing the same hygienist at Northboro Dental for approximately 10 years. She has helped me overcome some problems with my gums, and is always a pleasure to see. I no longer dread the visit to the dentist! The office staff are always cheerful and helpful also. more

I actually look forward to my cleaning appointments with Linda. She is friendly and most importantly competent. Linda makes going to the dentist a positve experience. Any questions I have about dental care are answered or quicky referred to the doctor. I feel my oral health is well taken care of. Linda is professional yet provides a warm approach to dental care. more

A Lovely Time At The Dentist 1/4/2012

I can think of no better way to have started the new year than with a visit to the dentist. And what a wonder relaxing time I had, complete with painless dentistry, a wonderfully comfortable dental chair in which to relax,and even overhead TV. The staff was as engaging as always and Dr.Howles filled not one but two cavities. How could one ask for more. I can,t wait till my next visit. more

The people at Northborough Dental Associates were extremely nice and very accomodating when I called regarding my toothache. I was able to get in the same day. I recently relocated from Chciago and they made finding a new dentist a seamless experience. more

Linda, Dr. Howells and the whole staff work to make feel comfortable, safe and well cared for. I made the choice to continue with Northborough Dental Associates even though I have dental insurance that does not include their practice. They are that good. more

Some of our services include preventive care, restorative care, cosmetic treatments, and emergency services. A few of the more advanced treatments that we offer are comprehensive dental implant treatment and Invisalign. We are happy to work with a broad range of insurance providers, and we are in-network with several major plans. Evening and weekend appointments are available to accommodate our patients' busy schedules.
