I had Niagra pools come out and fix my spa they charged 55 destination fee and 95 dollars for the first half hour they fixed most of the problems and i may add very well. however they did have one part with them. so they came back two weeks later. but to my surprise they again charged me a destination fee they said discounted to 35 dollars and 95 dollars for the 1st half hour my cost 123 dollars if they had the part it would of cost me 45 dollars their reg hourly charge is 22.50 per 15 minutes and it took 1/2 hour . what a rip off they don""t bring the parts needed to do the job and they double charge you on the service call charge and the double hourly fee for the 1st half hour. When I questioned the charge they felt I should be satisfied with the 20 dollar discount they gave me.to make things even worse between the first service call and some things that I chose to replace i paid them over 900 dollars. I would like to add that the sales people at the voorhees store are very nice but forget about service. in todays world it is all about service. my last statement would be buyers beware. as long as you never need them for service you probably won't get ripped off if you do need service expect them to gouge you with exorbenant charges. more

We contracted Niagra Pools to install an inground pool. The contractors doing the job were excellent. After the pool was installed and they were paid in full forget about getting any service without an attorney. They cracked our cement around the pool. They advised they would fix and never did. Our pool cover tore after five years and we had to pay for it to be repaired. Was never advised of that. ( have to read the small print) Also our liner shifted and we were advised that it was mother nature and they would do nothing. You learn by your mistakes and I would never get a pool from Niagra Pools. The store is great for supplies and the employes are very helpful and friendly! Management forget about them doing anything! more

I purchased my pool from Niagra and have had a nightmare experience ever since. The pool liner tooks weeks to come in and then the bottom of the pool had issues and needed repair. Their electrician drilled holes through my deck and lied about the placement of the electrical lines. After multiple promises for store credits to make up for the many problems they were applied to the 400.00 charge to open the pool. Now my heater is bad. The heater is only 2 years old and the unit is breaking down and putting copper in my pool. My call from niagra consisted of, :its not our fault and its not covered under warranty"". Noone will even come and look at it. They told me to go to where I got the water tested and ask them to fix it. Nice. I have not dealt with ANYONE there that has not been rude, arrogant or helpful. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!! I realize these sites are usually posted on by angry people that have an axe to grind....believe me, thats not my personality. If you hire them after reading the problems I've had then don't complain about it after you experience a problem, its your own fault. Cons: Terrible service and rude more
