Review content:
We contracted Niagra Pools to install an inground pool. The contractors doing the job were excellent. After the pool was installed and they were paid in full forget about getting any service without an attorney. They cracked our cement around the pool. They advised they would fix and never did. Our pool cover tore after five years and we had to pay for it to be repaired. Was never advised of that. ( have to read the small print) Also our liner shifted and we were advised that it was mother nature and they would do nothing. You learn by your mistakes and I would never get a pool from Niagra Pools. The store is great for supplies and the employes are very helpful and friendly! Management forget about them doing anything!
