I purchased my pool from Niagra and have had a nightmare experience ever since. The pool liner tooks weeks to come in and then the bottom of the pool had issues and needed repair. Their electrician drilled holes through my deck and lied about the placement of the electrical lines. After multiple promises for store credits to make up for the many problems they were applied to the 400.00 charge to open the pool. Now my heater is bad. The heater is only 2 years old and the unit is breaking down and putting copper in my pool. My call from niagra consisted of, :its not our fault and its not covered under warranty"". Noone will even come and look at it. They told me to go to where I got the water tested and ask them to fix it. Nice. I have not dealt with ANYONE there that has not been rude, arrogant or helpful. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!! I realize these sites are usually posted on by angry people that have an axe to grind....believe me, thats not my personality. If you hire them after reading the problems I've had then don't complain about it after you experience a problem, its your own fault.
