I used this service for the first time almost two moths ago, for a move-in cleaning. I liked it so much I booked regular bi-monthly cleanings. The customer service rep was really nice and courteous, and she gave me honest answers about the people available to clean my place. Likewise, the supervisor who showed up with the cleaners took pains to make sure everyone did the job to my exact specifications. I've used other services in the past, some for less money, but NY brite has definitely been the most professional and the most responsive to my needs. I highly recommend it. more

I am an old customer of NY brite, i am using them for years. every time i call they send me a cleaner, even if its ASAP!! I was never disappointed, the job is always very thorough and and the stuff is profesional and friendly. I recomend NY brite to everyone!! more

I actually used NY Brite for the first time a month ago. They cleaned my post-construction apartment and they did a wonderful job! Stuff was experienced and efficient, customer service very reliable and prices adeqate to the job they did. I set up once a week cleaning and I`m very happy with the houskeeper they sent. I was recommended to them by a few friends and I highly recommend them myself now. more

A VERY poor job on my just-renovated apartment. It was NOT clean when they were through, and we believe they lied about working the entire time (we were not there). When we returned 1 hr into the job, we found the door locked. Upon entering we smelled cigarette smoke; they denied smoking. When we returned near the end of the job, they had only gone over the wood floors and bathroom floors once (and not thoroughly). Without much work I got additional dirt off the window frame, with one swipe of a sponge I got excess grout off the tile. They apologized and went over them all again, but told me it was not realistic to expect them to go over all of the tile! The $40 equipment fee was for paper towels, windex/409, and a vacuum?! The staff was also not polite. I STRONGLY recommend against NY Brite. Cons: Poor quality, Expensive, Rude incompetent staf more
