I used this service for the first time almost two moths ago, for a move-in cleaning. I liked it so much I booked regular bi-monthly cleanings. The customer service rep was really nice and courteous, and she gave me honest answers about the people available to clean my place. Likewise, the supervisor who showed up with the cleaners took pains to make sure everyone did the job to my exact specifications. I've used other services in the past, some for less money, but NY brite has definitely been the most professional and the most responsive to my needs. I highly recommend it.
