Review content:
A VERY poor job on my just-renovated apartment. It was NOT clean when they were through, and we believe they lied about working the entire time (we were not there). When we returned 1 hr into the job, we found the door locked. Upon entering we smelled cigarette smoke; they denied smoking. When we returned near the end of the job, they had only gone over the wood floors and bathroom floors once (and not thoroughly). Without much work I got additional dirt off the window frame, with one swipe of a sponge I got excess grout off the tile. They apologized and went over them all again, but told me it was not realistic to expect them to go over all of the tile! The $40 equipment fee was for paper towels, windex/409, and a vacuum?! The staff was also not polite. I STRONGLY recommend against NY Brite.
Cons: Poor quality, Expensive, Rude incompetent staf
