NUOVO is "the place"! The staff at the front desk is always cheerful and efficient: the salon definitely has a Pulse ---- fun, alive. Everyone is a real pro and willing to please, as well there is a lot of "cutting edge" (hmmmmmm)expertise around the place. I have been going to Nuovo for 10+ years now, and will continue as long as they will have me. more

A visit to Nuovo Salon is always a pleasure. If Ginny is up front, I am always greeted by name. If someone else, they are always very polite and check-in is immedate. The service is excellent -- from color to highlights by Liz to Terry. more

Friendly and Professional 2/20/2011

I have been to places where the stylest doesn't talk to me until I'm sitting in the chair with wet hair. This has never happened at Nuovo! I am greeted by the person doing the service, offered coffee or tea and when the service is over they walk me to the front desk. Also, the shampoo experience is the best! They make you feel welcome and appreciated in a professional manner. The salon is exciting and upbeat. more

Wonderful massage experience 2/16/2011

I came in to Nuovo recently to have a massage with Amber. I have had several with her now and she has been working on me every month for several months. I think she is wonderful!! I really enjoyed my last massage there and I think she is an excellent massage therapist. I would highly recommend her. more
