Personal service the minute you step through the door. The staff up front are friendly, helpful and always greet me by my first name. The Assistants have always been careful and kind. Scott, my stylist, is the BEST! He doesn't just cut, color, hilite my hair. He looks at me when I walk in (and I know he is not just being friendly) and he analyzes it with what I feel is a truly critical eye. He is fabulous with color and knows how to flatter a face. I love his personal touch and extreme knowledge of hair. Great experience overall
