Liz is the best at giving beautiful color red hair! Your staff work well together as a team. When I ask another staff member for coffee or a clip or anything, everyone is more than happy to help. all of the operators were very proficient .front desk staff did a good job of minimizing my wait time. everyone was courteous and quick to offer me tea, or coffee. I really like the computerized reminders. more

LeAnn is my stylist and she is wonderful both with cuts and color. She is not only technically excellent, she also listens to what I want and has helped me make great choices in style. My cuts and color always get many compliments! Thanks LeAnn! more

The Best Experience 1/11/2011

I set an appointment for Saturday, 1/8/11. I arrived and was nervous because I was going to get over 15 inches of hair removed. Julie came and got me from the reception area. When I showed her what cut I wanted, she was excited;) Her demeanor was excellent and she kept assuring me that all would be fine. She took good care of me and did a wonderful job. I am so appreciative of what she did and the time she took with me. more

Please take me off ytour feedback list. I resent businesses expecting me to use my time for their surveys. I've gone to Marilaur for years so good customers like me should not be subjected to this "fun" thing of yours for your benefit not mine. I will continue to see Marilaur but I will discontinue my e-mail dontact with you if you expect me to analize my "experience" each time I have an appointment. more

Excellent 1/10/2011

Really happy with my haircut and color. I went to another salon for 2 yrs and was unhappy with my color for 2 yrs. I went back to Nuovo and my color formula was still in the computer system. I was never unhappy with my color when I went to Nuovo before. I am once again happy with my color. It was a mistake to ever leave. more

The staff is friendly, warm, courteous and they call you by name. From the front to the assistants and of course to the stylists, I believe they are unmatched by any salon. From Ginny, Megan, Samantha and Holly to Scott, Madison, Leeanne, then Laura, I could go on and keep naming people; and would recommend Nuovo at the Landings to anyone who wants to experience great talent and superior service. more

Superb! Revitalizing! 1/9/2011

I have been patronizing Nuovo salon for years! As has my mother, sisters and many friends! Liz has perfected my color and highlights, and Terry my cut! Excellent, friendly, warm experience every time! Would never consider a change, too many prior 'suboptimal' experiences! Sit down with a cup of tea and be pampered! more
