Wonderful 3/2/2011

I recently moved to Sarasota. My previous hair salon was an Aveda salon, Ladies and Gentlemen, which I went to for 16 years. I was so apprenhensive giving up my stylist, but have been very pleased with Nuovo's services and my new stylist, Anna Marie. I hope to have 16 years plus with Nuovo Salon and Spa. more

I thought both women were wonderful-very friendly and really LISTENED to what I wanted. Unfortunately the products I purchased were pretty pricey and they put me WAY over my budget, but the lady that checked me out signed me up for a rewards program so that made me a little happier more

APPRENTICE STYLISTS 2/27/2011

Have used about 3 hair stylists as they used an apprentice. Now on my 4th who recently has an apprentice. Believe the price should be lowered under those circumstances. more

My appointment was at 1:15 I was taken at 1pm that was great I left the salon at 3:45 I was shuffled from chair to chair due to lack of space. my assistant was inexperienced & not gentle to say the least. more

I have been going to Nuovo for the past 4 years and have never been disappointed with the service I have recieved and the styling of my hair. Sandra is always very gracious, listens to my preferences and always incorporates them into the hair cut and/or color choices she makes as a stylist. She is very friendly and makes me feel like a valued customer and now a friend. I love my visits! The assistants take great care to follow Sandra's direction when applying my color and also give a superior head massage during the shampoo portion of my visit. I can honestly say I have never received such outstanding customer service anywhere! more

The service is very friendly and helpful and the talent is superb. Coming from New York, I'm very fussy about my hair. I couldn't be happier at Nuovo and am so happy to have found James and his team. I tried many other salons in the Sarasota area and none came close more
