Great Experience 3/30/2011

I had a great experience yesterday at NUOVO Salon. Sarah is fantastic she is so kind and engaging. She did a great job with my highlights and cut. Laura was great. She was very friendly and upbeat and very caring. She did a great job applying my color. Also Scott is wonderful. He has alot of insight and he is so pleasant and knowlegeable. You have great team there and I'm so very happy that Sarah is back! more

Great salon 3/29/2011

Was so happy to find someone who listened to what I wanted and did it. I have been to 3 other salons in the last year and never could get anyone to understand what I wanted.Amber B. is very friendly and sweet. She listened and made a few suggestions and gave me a wonderful haircut.I am so happy now and will tell my friends to go and see Amber B.Keep up the good work. more

I cannot say enough good about Scott at the Landings, who has cut and colored my hair for years. He has a natural eye for style and love the way he cuts my hair. I get compliments almost daily and people always ask me where I go to get my hair done. Today Kaley washed my hair and did a great job with scalp massage. more

The whole experience at Nuovo is always great. From the front desk to the stylists, everyone is professional. The salon is very clean and the products are well stocked. Leanne does such a fantastic job with my blonde highlights and my cut. She really delivered on my request. more

I have been a customer for several years. Every visit is the same as the next. CUSTOMER SERVICE is Outstanding! Friendly, kind and very personable. You are treated special from the moment you walk in the door until the moment you walk out and always with a smile. This just seems to come natural from all of the staff members which makes each visit enjoyable. This is truly good how a business should run! :) more
