Hair salon 4/9/2011

A very bright, clean and uncluttered salon. Not too noisy - no loud obnoxious music blaring like lots of others I've patronized. All staff is very polite when providing services or making appointments. I really like the e-mail reminders instead of voice mail. Much easier for me to remember my appointments this way! more

Great first visit 4/9/2011

I was referred to the salon by a friend that uses LeAnn. She was fabulous. The cut was perfect and the color was exceptional. That is not easy to do on your first appointment. The shampoo massage was out of this world. Great experience! more

Happy with result 4/8/2011

Wayne and I planned a totally new look for me today... much shorter than I've worn for years. I Had total confidence in Wayne that he would design the right cut for my face and hair quality and I had him do what he thought right. When he was finished with cut I was completely satisfied and knew that my trust in his abilities were not misplaced. Wayne is a professional and am happy with my new hairstyle AND my husband likes it also!!!! more

Madison did an excellent job with my cut and color. She always listens to the look I am going for and is enthusiastic to make it happen! She is the best! Everyone is very helpful when you check in and out for your appointment.(even when you show up on the wrong day!) Ha! more

I went to see Sandra today who has been cutting my hair for 4 years with an idea of how I wanted my hair cut. She carefully listened, checked to make sure she understood what I was suggesting and then carefully set to work. She did a fabulous job! She has such an easy manner and it is such a pleasure to have her work on my hair, with all it's faults. I am always pleased with the final product. The best part of the whole the experience is that I consider her not just my incredible hairstylist, but also my friend. Thank you Sandra and Nuovo! more

one complaint 4/6/2011

My only complaint is that I found some of the salon way too cold for my comfort level. This was primarily in the "color" area. Even the "drying" area was too uncomfortable for me. It got warmer as I relocated to the reception area. more

The salon is well kept, clean and pleasant. The staff is professional and from what I gather, extremely talented as well. From booking, to consultation, to color and cut I was very satisfied. The pricing is also very reasonable for the services provided. I will absolutely be booking my next hair appointment at this salon. more
