I have been coming to Joanne for my haircuts for about a year and I have nothing but good things to say. She is courteous and friendly and projects a good image for your salon.

Worst

If I go anywhere else, even the spa at Pro Club, The Art of Shaving, etc. I always regret it. The staff at Mode are great and do a great job at making you comfortable and are skilled at giving the best haircuts I've ever had. Katherine, the stylist I always book is friendly, efficient, and exacting in making sure that my haircut is perfect every time. more

Great cut, super friendly people, very fast 11/28/2011

Mode is consistently great. I've had 3 stylists and they've all done a great job on my hair which is pretty tough to cut - i've got 3 cowlicks. they get the job done really fast and it's pretty affordable compared with other stylists. They also have a great selection of products, although i wish they had a few more mens shaving products and some less expensive options. more

Great personal service 11/14/2011

I come in to get henna on my hair. Careena now has it down to a science making for an enjoyable and not too long experience. The hair feels great and looks great. I love being able to come in early and get done before work starts. And it's so close to the office. Couldn't ask for anything more. more

Quick cut - friendly service 11/10/2011

I was very happy with the haircut and general customer service I received during my appointment on 11/09. I also appreciate not having to go through a hardcore product sales pitch, which is one of my pet-peeves. It was also nice to have a stylist give suggestions on possible future styles, some of which I wouldn't have considered without a suggestion. Thanks for looking out for me Mode! more

Fantastic Mid-Day Massage 11/7/2011

I frequent the salon for my hair, but after fighting a knot for a week I decided to visit the massage thearapist. I popped in on my lunch break and was able to get the majority of the pain out of my shoulder and relax without getting so relaxed I would have a hard time functioning for the rest of the afternoon. I've already scheduled another appointment! more

Petra is awesome! 10/25/2011

Petra gives a great massage! She has great strong hands and gets deep into the muscles, working out those knots... but without making it painful or leaving you with bruises. I look forward to my time on the table and highly recommend spending time with her. It's super easy to drop by between meetings and get back to a happy place. :) more

Excellent Services 10/25/2011

I go to Mode regularly for friendly and professional service. Even for a color and cut, you don't have to dedicate your entire day to sitting in the salon. People I don't even know stop me to compliment my hair, I recommend stylist Corina to everyone who asks. It is a little pricey, but for the convenience and excellent service, it's absolutely worth it. more

Great salons 10/20/2011

Natasha was a great stylist - attentive, skilled and very friendly. She listened to what I wanted and even gave me tips on styling. I'll be going back to see her the next time i need a cut. I may even return before that for a massage. The front desk staff are great too! more

Great memory! 10/18/2011

I got my hair cut today by a stylist I haven't seen in several months if not at least a year and she remembered exactly who I was, that I had a 2 year old daughter who has a shoe obsession. It was really great to be remembered, it gave me the warm fuzzies! more
