I WAS ROBBED AND I WANT YOU ALL TO KNOW ABOUT IT..... Since I own my own Corporation I can understand, and appreciate how most businesses are run. Michael & Co is a well run organ...

Free WiFi 12/13/2013

After I explained to them that I had just bought the truck and I was concerned about the brakes, David advised me to get a full checkup so I could see in what conditions my truck was. I thought that was a smart idea and agreed to do it. I went to the waiting room and it was so fancy and comfortable, wi-fi for my daughter's and I IPads and a big screen with direct tv just for us.. more

I explained them that I had the groupon but I was having problems to pull it out from my ipad because of the internet and immediately they offered to use their free wi-fi yayyyy that was awesome. more

Nice and clean place 11/28/2013

The best place to take your car for a service. I bought a groupon for an oil change for the truck I had just bought. When I got there I saw this nice and clean place and Mike and David greeted at me very friendly. more

They offer shuttle service 11/18/2013

I live in constant fear of being ripped off by car repair shops, but my experience at Michaels & Co was pleasant and ALL around 5 stars!!! This repair shop does it all!!! Bill was my service advisor. He was extremely helpful with making me feel comfortable knowing that my car was in good hands. My check engine light was on so, I left my car for them to check out and get back to me with an estimate. He checked it out, and called me with an estimate half of what the dealer gave me. I wasn't pressured into any of the recommended repairs by warnings of imminent road disasters, like I have at other shops. The prices and labor costs seemed fair. He even told me that a few of the parts were optional at this time even saving me more money. He made me feel very comfortable about spending my money. Thanks Bill!!! I DEFNITELY KNOW WHERE ILL BE TAKING MY CARS FOR REPAIR!!! They also offer shuttle service in case you need a ride back home or to work. The service is fabulous and they are an honest more

I've recommended other co-workers 11/11/2013

A great friend of mine told me about this place a few years ago. Best advice I could have gotten. We pay attention to detail at Apple so I wanted a place that pays as much attention to my car needs. M&C is it! The staff is great, service is great, & the owner is an everyday guy. I've recommended other co-workers and they always thank me. I say thank them! It doesn't matter what you need they make it happen. Thanks a lot Michael's & Company! more

I trust them so completely. 11/4/2013

Until I moved to Santa Cruz, this was the ONLY place I ever had my Hondas repaired. Professional, Thorough, competitive pricing, excellent customer service, honest. I considered them my business partners. Today,even though I still live in SC, I am taking my newest Honda there for service (timing belt replacement) because I trust them so completely. more

I have had my car in for 2 repair/maintenance visits and both times had a great experience with all the staff members there . My car is doing great and I felt good enough to feel compelled to recommend them. Great work !!!! more

I got my oil changed and later opened the hood and saw splashes of white powder near the battery, and dried up orange gunk around the coolant reservoir. I showed it to Bill and he said he would do a steam clean at no charge. So, not only did they clean the engine, they also washed the car and blacked the tires. Looked like a wax job! No cost to me. They give great service and make it right all the time. Thanks, Bill! more
