Bill Fisher knows his stuff. He can answer any question with confidence and truth. I use them for some front end damage and repair as well as dent removal. Great service and if I ever need to, I'll be back. more

Good communication 10/11/2011

"The difference"! They work WITH you. I was always reluctant to take my cars for repair or service because Dealers always tried to "upsell" services. I know that's their job. However, Michael's will do the requested or needed repairs; the mechanics go over the whole car and the writers let me know if there are future repairs. It is more a plan of action. It speaks volumes when Michael's mechanics have been with him so long. They take the time to communicate with you and show you what's going on during particular diagnostics. It built my confidence in their abilities and they've educated me. This may sound trivial but, over the last 17 years I have driven in with a nail in a tire or light bulb out & they fix it on the spot with a nice greeting and send me on my way. I've had 3 new cars and taken all of them because the service writers are detailed, informative and courteous. more

Never seize to amaze me 9/28/2011

Just wanted to express my thanks for the continuous top of the line service. I thought by now I would have had at least one issue with this auto shop, but they never seize to amaze me. Thank you for always making my car run smooth! more

Have always had a good experience - questions are always answered on time, and give useful information. Thank you for being so helpful. What I really appreciated, was one time they gave me bad news about my car, but at least they didn't start any major work. Great Shop! more

Michael & Co Not 4 & 5 Star Service 9/13/2011

I WAS ROBBED AND I WANT YOU ALL TO KNOW ABOUT IT..... Since I own my own Corporation I can understand, and appreciate how most businesses are run. Michael & Co is a well run organized shop. No complaints theere. But the pricing for services are safe to call unfair & a rip off. When I was referred to this company by my mother. She warned me that Michael & Co might be a little expensive. I didn't mind paying a little extra just as long as the job was done right. In my case I wanted a front end alignment on a 78 Buick. Instead of getting an alignment. I got a bill for $84 and an explaination as to why Michael & Co could not perform my front end alignment. That explaination came with a quote for additional work needed totalling $927. They did clean my motor up for me because I over filled my coolant tank. But I cant say I would recommend Michael & Co to anyone looking for a great service at a great price. Dignity and Respect 8/16/2011

I am treated with dignity, respect and the truth when I go to Michael & Co. I took my vintage 92 T-Bird to a national firm and they created another problem that had nothing to do with fixing the problem I took it in for in the first place. Anyway, I took it back to Michael & Co and they were able to fix both problems. I couldn't ask for a better mechanic. more

I had a dead battery so I called Micheal and Company and spoke to Mike. Tom came and replaced my battery at no charge. Since I use car frequently I was suggested to bring my vehicle into the office for a check up monthly. I am very grateful. more
