I WAS ROBBED AND I WANT YOU ALL TO KNOW ABOUT IT..... Since I own my own Corporation I can understand, and appreciate how most businesses are run. Michael & Co is a well run organ...

Oil change 5/9/2014

I got my oil changed and later opened the hood and saw splashes of white powder near the battery, and dried up orange gunk around the coolant reservoir. I showed it to Bill and he said he would do a steam clean at no charge. So, not only did they clean the engine, they also washed the car and blacked the tires. Looked like a wax job! No cost to me. They give great service and make it right all the time. more

Only place I go to 5/2/2014

Until I moved to Santa Cruz, this was the ONLY place I ever had my Hondas repaired. Professional, Thorough, competitive pricing, excellent customer service, honest. I considered them my business partners. Today, even though I still live in SC, I am taking my newest Honda there for service (timing belt replacement) because I trust them so completely. more

Color matched perfect 4/23/2014

My bumper was hit by a hit-n-run driver, I called State Farm & Michael & Company was on their preferred/approved list. The car was taken care of in less than 2 days once the part was received--so I had little down time & the color was matched perfectly. more

Very satisfied 4/14/2014

I have been taking my cars for automotive service & repair since 1989 so I have been very satisfied with their care, communication, results. The service writer has always taken the time to show the parts replaced & been accurate with their estimates, which means the service writers have "experience". more

Honest auto shop 4/3/2014

They offer shuttle service in case you need a ride back home or to work. The service is fabulous and they are an honest company. It’s hard to find a good Auto repair shop that won’t rip you off these days. Try Michaels & CO, you will not regret it! more

This repair shop does it all!!! Bill was my service advisor. He was extremely helpful with making me feel comfortable knowing that my car was in good hands. My check engine light was on so, I left my car for them to check out and get back to me with an estimate. He checked it out, and called me with an estimate half of what the dealer gave me. I wasn't pressured into any of the recommended repairs by warnings of imminent road disasters, like I have at other shops. The prices and labor costs seemed fair. He even told me that a few of the parts were optional at this time even saving me more money. He made me feel very comfortable about spending my money. Thanks Bill!\r more

The best place to take your car for a service. I live in constant fear of being ripped off by car repair shops, but my experience at Michaels & Co was pleasant and ALL around 5 stars!!! more

Pleasantly surprised 1/30/2014

I was both surprised and pleased at how quickly we were able to get an appointment. Plus, we were given a pickup time of 12pm and the car was ready on time. The staff was friendly and efficient. Based on my first time experience here, I would definitely recommend your company to others. more

Will definitely go back again 12/19/2013

It took like an hour and 10 minutes to do the full service and when they were done Mike invited my kids to go outside and get anything they wanted from the ice cream man, they really want to come back after that, and I myself will definitely go back again.. more
