I WAS ROBBED AND I WANT YOU ALL TO KNOW ABOUT IT..... Since I own my own Corporation I can understand, and appreciate how most businesses are run. Michael & Co is a well run organ...

The service here is always done in a timely manner. The facility is easy to get to and is quite clean. Michael is friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this facility to my friends (and the prices are great too!) more

The staff is incredibly competent, and the staff effectively communicates the problem and solutions. I appreciate the ongoing communication that occurs to keep me updated on what is found and when it's completed. Rich is so helpful. Michael & Co is the only repair shop I trust with our vehicles. I have always had the best & honest service from Michaels. They treat you with respect and don't have attitudes that they are better than you. They do great work and keep you informed as to what is happening with the vehicle. more

I highly recommend Michael & Co. 6/20/2011

I brought the car in last minute for help on a headlight. They spent the extra time to help and install it. They were very friendly (as usual). I highly recommend Michael & Co. more

Excellent Job 6/16/2011

I rated Michael & Co 5 stars because the person I spoke to gave me an estimate, then said my car would be ready today by early afternoon. At 1:30 PM my phone rang - my car was finished and ready to go. They not only fixed what he said he'd fix, but did other things like checking the pressure in my tires and adjusted the balance on them. They did an excellent job on my car. Thank you! more

5 Stars All Around 6/13/2011

I am the owner of an "elderly" Saturn wagon, I want to keep it as long as possible. My friend advised me that Michael's was the best place to use for my car's upkeep. I am very satisfied with the service I have received. A major problem was found by the Michael's mechanics which had not been discovered in another shop which had done a lube and oil change previously on my car. I appreciate the frank discussions I've had with the service representatives as they evaluate my car. more
