I live in constant fear of being ripped off by car repair shops, but my experience at Michaels & Co was pleasant and ALL around 5 stars!!! This repair shop does it all!!! Bill was my service advisor. He was extremely helpful with making me feel comfortable knowing that my car was in good hands. My check engine light was on so, I left my car for them to check out and get back to me with an estimate. He checked it out, and called me with an estimate half of what the dealer gave me. I wasn't pressured into any of the recommended repairs by warnings of imminent road disasters, like I have at other shops. The prices and labor costs seemed fair. He even told me that a few of the parts were optional at this time even saving me more money. He made me feel very comfortable about spending my money. Thanks Bill!!! I DEFNITELY KNOW WHERE ILL BE TAKING MY CARS FOR REPAIR!!! They also offer shuttle service in case you need a ride back home or to work. The service is fabulous and they are an honest company. It’s hard to find a good Auto repair shop that won’t rip you off these days. Try Michaels & CO, you will not regret it!\r
