I was from out of town going camping in the mountains and lost my keys, I had my car towed to Michael Chevrolet late in the afternoon but within 1 hour i was back on the road even...

I was from out of town going camping in the mountains and lost my keys, I had my car towed to Michael Chevrolet late in the afternoon but within 1 hour i was back on the road even though they had to reprogram the computer to make the new keys work. I think the mechanic worked overtime to help.. Thank You more

I paid for almost $600.00 for a fuel pump on my car 2 years ago and found out that it was under recall. I went in and talked to the service manager, within 5 minutes i was told that I would receive a check for the full amount within 2 weeks, 1 week later I was $600.00 richer thanks to Michaels. more

Over the last few months I have had 3 different vehicles in for service. I have always had efficient and very professional service from all of the staff from my service advisors to the cashiers. Have gotten my vehicles back when promised or before and they have always informed me of the costs involved. I have bought several cars there and had them serviced there. Never a problem. I don't know if I would take a car anywhere else regardless of the make. Thanks to Rob Lewis for these last 3 vehicles serviced. more

My family and I just wanted to say thank you for fixing our Tahoe that we purchased from your dealership. You are a dealership of your word and would definitely purchase another vehicle from Michaels Chevrolet. We know the repairs may have been small and seamed easy to fix, but you put us up front and back in action Immediately. They made us feel very comfortable 8/8/2011

I don't have much time to explain my experience but just want to let you know how wonderful your staff is!!!! OMG they were all smiling and cheering for us. Well, at least that's how it looked and felt. I can't really explain how they all made us feel. We felt so special. Your sales person Waheed, Savan- Sales manager, finace person and even the other sales people who were standing all congradulated us! We just felt so good and felt blessed to have people like your people on how they took care of us. They all gave us words of encouragement on how we are raising our nephews and what a blessing it is to have people like us. There was a gentlemen who even took the kids to an office across from us and let them watch the game. He even joked with the kids and showed them his fish tank. Very funny person. The kids really liked this person. I just want to say that your people made us feel very comfortable while we waited. What I really liked about your people they used a lot of faith. I knew in my heart what that all meant. FAITH Thank you very much and please share this with your staff. Thanks again for all the hard work they put into making this possible. more

I had a pretty good buying experience. I really liked Sebu, he didnt try to pressure me at all. He seemed calm, cool, and relaxed. He acted like making the sale was indifferent. If he did great, and if he didnt that would be ok too, so I really liked that about him. more

Epitomizes customer service in my book 7/29/2011

I wanted to share a couple observations about Michael..........first of all you guys have an "old" bad reputation that is totally unwarranted !!!! Believe it or not, my Aunt is sales manager at Bingham and I went there to see if BIngham would match your deal on a Prius lease. They could not. I had such a great experience with Keith Rodriguez (new at your dealership) and with Robert Clark (straighshooter) there was no BS....Xlnt customer service and all and all the best sales experience I've had. I drove away with 2 new Priuses and had two friends go in the next week and purchase two more. I am making it my personal mission to tell everyone and anyone that will stand still for 5 seconds about Michael !!! Also, my VW Jetta unfortunately needed a simple part...its been at Michael for 2 weeks waiting for the part. Fortunately, I have the Priuses so didnt need a rental car. Daniel offered me one for tax only and I thought that was a nice gesture. Daniel in VW service is also a gem. He called me literally every day and apologized and kept me posted on the part. He epitomizes customer service in my book. Amazing gentleman !!! Well, I guess I've taken enough of your time but I thought this letter might just make your day !!!! more

Perfect from start to finish 7/27/2011

From the night that I pulled onto your lot just to the time I drove off of your lot with my new car, everything was absolutely remarkable. I've experienced car-buying many times and this time my experience was "BY FAR" the most pleasant and simple. I told Amierr what I wanted, he showed me cars and explained everthing I asked. He took me into the showroom to introduce me to Brendon who was also very nice and answered every question I had as well. Brendon gave me prices for what I wanted to compare and made it very simple to finalize my choice. I told them both that I would talk to my husband and we would make a decision rather quickly maybe not that night or the next day but very soon. Amierr followed up with me the next day and asked if I had any questions...........we had made our decision at that point and I went to Michael Toyota to make the purchase. I was told that it could take up to 72 hours to get the car I wanted and in less than 24 hours Amierr called to tell me that car was on the way. My husband's line of work requires him to work very long hours with very few or no days off at this time of year. Amierr and your finance staff were very accomodating and took the paperwork to my husband to sign. If they hadn't, we would have had to wait till the beginning of the year to make our purchase. I could go on and on but I just wanted you to know that EVERYTHING FROM START TO FINISH WAS PERFECT! It's appears that you have a good team there! I would definately recommend Michael Toyota to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. I will definately be back for future purchases! more

My experience was excellent. Brent and team were great to work with, making the buying experience easy and low pressure. Even when it was past closing time, I didn't feel like I was being rushed (ie turning lights off etc), just good old customer service. Regardless of the car I'm interested in at some point in the future, I would look forward to working with this same team again. more
