My wife needed and wanted a new car. We spent lots of time the last few weeks scouring various car dealer lots to find her a car she liked along with a deal we could live with. I have to admit I began to become discouraged when we could not find the car or a deal we felt good about.
Finally, she asked if she might be able to do the looking and dealing herself. I was very hesitant in allowing this but finally agreed that she could look and try to deal while I was at work. Now I'm glad I did as it saved me a lot of time. She called me at work last week to tell me that one of the salesmen at your dealership, Oye , offered her a very reasonable deal on a white Toyota Corolla - the car she wanted. The deal sounded quite good to me and so just to be sure, we checked that deal through other Toyota dealerships; it was a good deal. They said they would have a hard time beating it.
My wife exclaimed how patient Oye was with her throughout the dealing. She's Chinese and can be tough to deal with so I'm wondering how he was able to keep his cool! Ha! When I arrived there Memorial Weekend Saturday to close the deal Mr. Dokun did an excellent job.
Anyway, I'm saying "Thanks for the wonderful service." You can be sure we will recommend your dealership to our family and friends.
And yeah, she loves her new Toyota Corolla.
