First and foremost, I want to say your sales team were the best we have ever encountered. Nick was very pleasant, helpful and very considerate. For three weeks we have been to many many well known dealerships from Modesto to Clovis and not one treated us with respect or compassion. The funny part is that we had cash and no one wanted it..From the start I knew I wanted a Scion XB and we kept negotiating and putting offer after offers but to no avail..What was so funny was that every time we drove by your dealership I kept saying I want that white jetta..but we probably cant afford it..Your dealership is somewhat intimidating of course being surrounded by audi and a few porshes...but something told me on this day to pull over and just think..Not every dealership can have a bunch of salesmen who don't care to where we have to pull them out of the offices, right? Well, not at your dealership..Nick approached us with a smile and breathing room..For once, we were happy and content to put an offer on the table.
Well, I left with the Jetta I have been staring at for weeks driving by on Blackstone. I am so happy and blessed. Thank you and your employees from Nick to the finance guy. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful.
