I wanted to share a couple observations about Michael..........first of all you guys have an "old" bad reputation that is totally unwarranted !!!! Believe it or not, my Aunt is sales manager at Bingham and I went there to see if BIngham would match your deal on a Prius lease. They could not. I had such a great experience with Keith (new at your dealership) and with Robert (straighshooter) there was no BS....Xlnt customer service and all and all the best sales experience I've had. I drove away with 2 new Priuses and had two friends go in the next week and purchase two more. I am making it my personal mission to tell everyone and anyone that will stand still for 5 seconds about Michael !!! Also, my VW Jetta unfortunately needed a simple part...its been at Michael for 2 weeks waiting for the part. Fortunately, I have the Priuses so didnt need a rental car. Daniel offered me one for tax only and I thought that was a nice gesture. Daniel in VW service is also a gem. He called me literally every day and apologized and kept me posted on the part. He epitomizes customer service in my book. Amazing gentleman !!! Well, I guess I've taken enough of your time but I thought this letter might just make your day !!!! more

My wife needed and wanted a new car. We spent lots of time the last few weeks scouring various car dealer lots to find her a car she liked along with a deal we could live with. I have to admit I began to become discouraged when we could not find the car or a deal we felt good about. Finally, she asked if she might be able to do the looking and dealing herself. I was very hesitant in allowing this but finally agreed that she could look and try to deal while I was at work. Now I'm glad I did as it saved me a lot of time. She called me at work last week to tell me that one of the salesmen at your dealership, Oye , offered her a very reasonable deal on a white Toyota Corolla - the car she wanted. The deal sounded quite good to me and so just to be sure, we checked that deal through other Toyota dealerships; it was a good deal. They said they would have a hard time beating it. more

My family and I had a pleasant time shopping for a vehicle at your dealership. The entire Toyota Michael Automotive staff at Fresno was very helpful. However, I would like to emphasize on the tremendous assistance that your salesman Oye provided. He was extremely welcoming, customer friendly, and accommodating. Oye thorougly explained the conditions and requirements in buying our new 2011 Toyota Sienna. I especially appreciated the "no pressure" attitude that he had. I would like to extend my thanks to you and your team at Michael Toyota in Fresno, CA for making my first car buying experience an EXCELLENT one. I went to test drive a few models with my brother last Sunday just to narrow down my search for a new vehicle, and bought a new 2010 Rav 4 instead. We were assisted by 2 gentlemen on your staff that I would like to especially recognize. Oye Dokun is an exceptional salesperson: he is knowledgable of his product, goes out of his way to make his customers feel special, and was willing to answer the numerous questions that we asked. Brendan Kane went above and beyond to see my purchase through to the end, him and Oye made a great team. I'll be honest that going car shopping was not something I was looking forward to mostly because I have had poor experiences in the past. I have been doing research for about 6 months now trying to decide which car to buy. It came down to either a Toyota or a Honda, but needed to test drive each to see which I preferred. This location was the first we visited that day, just by chance, and it was the only location we returned to. Brendan and Oye are an asset to your company, please don't let them go! My job revolves around customer service. Whenever I see it delivered effortlessly, I want it to be recognized. Three of my immediate family members own Toyotas, now I know why they speak so highly of them. I love my new Rav 4 but feel even more privileged that I can share my amazing experience with everyone I know. I am now a Toyota owner for life!! more

As a new owner of a Toyota, I wanted to thank you personally for the truly fantastic buying experience. We met a staff that is well informed, trained, and above all, compassionate. The team listened to our needs of entrance / exit from the a vehicle, dual air, electric seats, and value. Since neither my wife or myself have ever owned or driven a Toyota the sell displays the heart of the staff. We cannot state the experience as Excellent. Is there a mark for unbelievable? more

My wife recently purchased a Chevy Colorado from Michael Chevrolet. She loves it. We got the color she wanted and a fair price - lots of rebates going on at the time we purchased it. No, they don't massage your feet and serve Starbucks, but they have been in Fresno for 23 years and seem like an honest dealership. If you folks don't think there are problems at others dealerships - you are sadly mistaken. In fact, more than 10 years and several tax brackets ago, we purchased a kia at one of those big lot sales. Of course, the dealer we actually purchased the car from said they could not help us with service (after we drove all the way out to clovis, during a police funeral procession - yes, really). Drove the car to Michael's and they took care of the problem, no questions asked, all under warranty. I'm happy and so is my wife. Will shop there again.? more
